a skin changer is a different type of product from an aim cheat. its about cosmetics, not gameplay advantages, so its a different use case
the details of what it supports depend on the product, so i would check the skin changer page instead of trusting anything i say. dont assume it covers every item in the game

i wouldnt call it safe. still third party software with an online game. no promises from me or anyone
